Thank you for your help. Compatibility was the issue. All good now. -
All was well, until I updated. Although I have installed/uninstalled/reinstalled several times it still will not work. I get a message telling "Windows 7 or higher required." I AM using Windows 7. Never had a problem until this update. What can I do to make CCleaner function? Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. PS. PLEASE if possible keep it simple, very UNnerdy user here.
