I had the same issue: right click your CCleaner icon and look for the "compatibility" selector...click on it. It will now ask you if you want to run the compatibility utility and to test the settings it has developed...then if the program runs correctly go back to the compatibility utility and save the settings.

I am trying to reinstall CCleaner Pro and a warning keeps appearing that the tells me I need Windows 7 or higher: I am running Windows 10 Home (64), but cannot get the CCleaner program to install.
