I had Ccleaner Free 5.59.7230 running on Win 10 Pro PC just fine. I updated to 5.64.7613 free. The program starts, but the window locks - that is anything you click produces a "ding" sound. Can't move Ccleaner window. Does not do anything. Can only get rid of via task mgr. Uninstalled. Rebooted. Reinstalled. Same. Installed older 5.59.7230 which seems to work fine. Current Win 10 Pro is ver 1909 Build 18363.720
