Thank you, thank you.  Followed your fix & presto, it works.  Again, thank you for doing what CCleaner should have done days ago.  You the man!

Change (Cfg)HealthCheck from 1 to 0

Restart CCleaner 

You can now use CCleaner and it wont constantly "bong" at you.
