Clueless02

I have ran the Recuva deep scan and it shows 6424 files which is great, however, when i try to recover them and save them to my desktop none of the files show as recovered. The Reason shows " A device which does not exist was specified". I'm not very technical minded but I really need these files, please can someone help?
