I have a registered copy of the current version of CC Cleaner running on Win 10. Recently every time Health Check is run a window opens for the Windows Installer showing all its possible options. See attached screen shot. This is relatively new. Any Ideas what is happening? I close the window and the program runs to completion.

Yes I downloaded it last night. The problem (for me) is any sites that you enable for Flash are deleted when you close the browser. There was an extension that one had to pay for that said it made working with Flash sites easier.

Andavari's response is really helpful. I am very familiar with the registry, but the key referred to in the published instructions is not there. I was unsure if this was a change made by Microsoft (a familiar problem) or if I was supposed to create the key. It takes hours to make a disk image to make sure things work properly with the new reg. I know I could back up the reg and usually Win 10 will load "last good" but that is a gamble! So thanks for the clarification. Now if Edge would just get its act together with Flash player I would use it!
