I too am having the same type of problem. However, The license key in my email. Keeps telling me the key is incorrect. This is the 1st time after many years. That I have had any problems. If I cannot get it rectified. Or can't get assistance with a solution. Then I'll be removing the software. And taking my account of 'Auto Renewal'
