When using Defraggler Professional to optimize an SSD drive the application works fine, until it reaches 84%, at which point the application gets stuck and the action symbol keeps rotatiing with without advancing, and does not go any fiurther. A screen capture is included. The drive is an external WD MY Book 3TB (2.7TB capacity). What is the issue? Why does the application get stuck at 84%. Mel Farris
