I have CCleaner Free 5.60.7307 64bit. NOT portable. Just again anew installed (after remove) from site download. At start of Windows (10 Home) it comes up with the CCleaner window. I switched 'startup with..' off. And all other 'Off' that can be switched Off :-) Now: https://www.ccleaner.com/docs/ccleaner/ccleaner-settings/changing-monitoring-settings-ccleaner-free says: To switch off Active Monitoring, Open CCleaner, then click Options > Monitoring BUT: THERE IS NO 'MONITORING' in my 'Options'!
