I've been dealing for about a week to repair my MS Store on Powershell and other Programs but same problem:Not opening. The way worked only formatting my pc with ISO File. Other formatting ways not useful for MS. After formatting my PC I downloaded CCleaner and cleared all corrupted regedit archive. After that MS Store stopped the working and did not respond again. MS Logo gone! There is the regedit archive that necessary for the MS Store: cc_20190409_220108.reg
