  1. You may have been given a fresh activation key when you renewed your subscription? If so be sure to use that new one. If you are still having problems, paid customers such as yourself can get direct personal priority customer support here. They can sort out any weirdness that may be happening with your account.
  2. Also, are you able to confirm which version of Windows 10 you are running? 1803, 1809 or the new 1903? If you have recently updated Windows 10, which version of CCleaner were you running before the update, and was everything running smoothly then?
  3. After two years the chances are slim, but it depends on how much overwriting may have happened in that time - size of the video file(s), how much other stuff has been written to that hard drive during that time and how much free hard drive space you have had. Be sure to run Recuva as a Deep Scan
  4. If you are downloading and opening Recuva on your mobile phone, your phone will not know what to do with it. You need to download and run it on your PC.
  5. Thanks for your sleuthing. Can you DM me the clean and corrupted .ini files? I'll shoot them over to the devs on Monday to see if they can trace a root cause for a fix.
  6. The Software Updater was a popular addition and we've been looking at how to expand it further. Driver Updates seems like a logical step. Of course, having built something like that there would be a bit of work in keeping it up-to-date across all of the different devices and hardware manufacturers - so it will depend on demand.
  7. Recuva (https://www.ccleaner.com/recuva) works on your internal drives and portable drives. In most cases, simply clicking through the screens will get you what you need. If that doesn't recover it on the first try, https://www.ccleaner.com/docs/recuva/introducing-recuva has a complete guide to all of the options. £74 seems rather steep - but I suppose someone has to pay for the advertising those companies do. Note that Recuva will recover your files for free (for non-commercial home users, that is - businesses all need to pay for Piriform products). That being said, if you feel it has saved something important you are more than welcome to pay the £19.95 price-tag.
  8. I note no Easy Clean option in that screenshot. Have you blocked CCleaner's calls home in your hosts.ini file? Or have you done any manual tinkering to CCleaner's registry settings? In the latter case, does a complete uninstall/reinstall help?
  9. Blank white or blank black? Are you able to screenshot it? Also, is this Windows 10 release 1803, 1809 or the new 1903?
  10. Sorry to hear you got stuck on the old version. If your Pro licence hasn't expired there is absolutely no need to pay again. Dodge the blue "buy now" buttons and click the green "download" button to grab the latest version. (... and don't worry if you aren't able to grab a picture of that error message)
  11. Older versions of CCleaner are incompatible with the latest version of Windows. If you upgrade your CCleaner to the latest version (https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download) you should be good to go! That said though, Microsoft should have a link in the message to help you get directly to downloading the new version. Are you able to screenshot that W10 message for us please?
  12. ... or are you asking what the volume licence price would be for a company with 3,000 employees to purchase CCleaner?
  13. While there are some legitimate resellers of Piriform software online, anything sold at this price is pretty much always an illegal hacked/cracked version. We cannot guarantee that it will work, or that it won't be disabled at some point in the future. Certainly no support is available for pirated software. While we're working with eBay to protect customers from this sort of thing, a few always slip through the cracks. eBay has now been notified about this one, but if you have already purchased I would recommend requesting a refund before the seller disappears.
  14. McAfee (whitelabelled) has also been on Samsung phones since the S7 series. Despite the negative reaction in the comments section of that article from folks who may be less than overjoyed with having McAfee preloaded on their PCs, if they take the same approach with the TVs as with the phones it is likely that no-one will notice that it is even on there.
  15. If you cannot screen capture, are you able to say what was in those messages? Also, which version of CCleaner are you using?
  16. Your forum account has been deleted. Note that if you have (or have had) a paid account for CCleaner or any other Piriform product and would like that account information deleted, please contact support with your registered email address (https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new).
  17. Это неожиданно появилось около недели назад. Разработчики сообщили об этом ложном срабатывании Яндексу. (This suddenly popped up about a week ago. The developers have reported this false positive to Yandex.)
  18. @ottoceri: Try these links: CCleaner: https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download/standard Recuva: https://www.ccleaner.com/recuva/download/standard
  19. @judex6 sorry for the late response. At the moment, each product in the bundle is a separate download: CCleaner (https://download.ccleaner.com/ccsetup556.exe), Defraggler (https://www.ccleaner.com/defraggler/download/standard), Recuva (https://www.ccleaner.com/recuva/download/standard) and Speccy (https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download/standard).
  20. @jeppari after you install CCleaner (https://download.ccleaner.com/ccsetup556.exe) on your other PCs the serial key code that you got when you purchased online should work to activate those as well (Menu Options > About > Upgrade to Pro). Same with the additional software that comes with the bundle - Defraggler (https://www.ccleaner.com/defraggler/download/standard), Recuva (https://www.ccleaner.com/recuva/download/standard) and Speccy (https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download/standard)
  21. @LVTS the eBay listing that you reported was removed a couple of hours after I posted on the weekend (along with 12 others). We'll be keeping an eye out for these going forwards.
  22. For legal reasons, CCleaner (and many other software companies) cannot permit people to use their software if they ping from an IP address in Iran. It looks like your Kazakh ISP Kar-Tel has some IP addresses that are tagged as being from Iran in some geoIP databases. If you are being assigned an IP address dynamically, you may find that next time you connect to the internet you are assigned one from a "safe" range (check db-ip.com, as that seemed to be one of the ones that was flagging you). Your ISP is also likely to be working with geoIP providers to get this corrected, but most of them should have a "report wrong location" link on their IP search results page.
  23. We welcome users from Kazakhstan (and Russia). There is a known issue with some IP address ranges that were previously assigned to countries on sanction lists (North Korea, etc) still showing up as those countries on some geoIP lookup databases. If you try some sites like whatismyip.com from your home PC, what country do you show up as?
  24. As you correctly deduced, this was indeed a pirated serial number being sold by someone dishonestly trying to take advantage of folks looking for a good deal. About three weeks ago we started working with eBay to remove such fraudulent listings, and this seller is also being reported as I type this. There have been a few dozen of these taken down so far and, although unfortunately some pop backup again with new throw-away accounts, we will be regularly checking to help keep our customers protected from counterfeit sales. While we really appreciate users who pay for CCleaner where they can, we also know that not everyone is in a position to do so - which is why we are committed to always keeping a free version available as well as the paid and business versions.
