  1. If you purchased and did not install you should have received at least one followup email with a reminder of how to download with registration instructions, a link to How to register and activate CCleaner Professional – Piriform Support and a reminder that you can contact support@ccleaner.com (which was also in your order confirmation email) if you need assistance with registration. When it comes it entering your licence key, be sure to copy and paste it from your order confirmation email. Most cases of difficulties with registration are from people mistranscribing the letter "I" as the number "1", etc.
  2. From the CCleaner side, it is noteworthy that for privacy reasons the CCleaner product does not log IP address and aggregates geographic usage data at the country level. Piriform would be unable to provide any information that might support or contradict an assertion of CCleaner use by an individual ... unless you were in a country that somehow had its own dedicated IP address range despite you being the only person in your country who owns a computer.
  3. This may be due to using the paid version - CCleaner Professional - without registering it. Are you using a free, paid or trial version of CCleaner? How does CCleaner describe itself in the top left-hand corner of the CCleaner console? As the CCleaner free edition, CCleaner Professional, etc? And what version number are you using - 5.87 or some earlier version? eg: Also, is the button "licence information" visible under Options > About? Are you receiving any other pop-up notifications relating to an expired licence, an invalid licence or an expiring trial?
  4. @WildeWally @Haiweepp: ... and here we are! If you update your copy of Kamo it should be good now:
  5. The answer you seek is here: Why are there so many "trackers" found in Health Check? Should I be worried? – Piriform Support If you drill into the details you will see that this includes cookies, but also information stored locally on your computer that keeps a defacto log of where you have been - namely history and temporary internet files.
  6. It used to be only one PC per licence for CCleaner Professional and CCleaner Professional Plus. As of January 2019, new purchases and renewals of CCleaner Professional Plus were upgraded to 3 PCs (https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028350711-How-many-computers-can-I-install-CCleaner-Professional-Plus-on-), and earlier this year we launched the CCleaner Professional Premium that covers up to 5 PCs. Customers who have purchased 2-3 single PC licences for CCleaner Professional, we have been trying to encourage to take CCleaner Professional Plus instead, since it is substantially cheaper.
  7. @WildeWally: "Available in coming weeks" in this case is a polite way of saying that we're all standing around the poor Kamo devs saying "fixitfixitfixitfixitfixit" until they get the patch out the door.
  8. By way of followup, as of the time of writing, pretty much all of our past and present CCleaner Professional for Mac 1.x customers should have received an email from us on how they can get a new licence key that works with CCleaner for Mac 2.2. (Except for folks who have previously indicated that they did not want to hear from us by email any more). The exception would be customers who are using CCleaner for Mac as an extra seat as part of a CCleaner Professional Plus licence - that is still a work in progress. Users of CCleaner Professional for Mac 2.0 and CCleaner Professional for Mac 2.1 should have had their software automatically update itself to CCleaner Professional for Mac 2.2 about a month ago when it was released.
  9. In the guide here: How to register and activate CCleaner Professional – Piriform Support there is a link to directly download CCleaner Professional, if it is locating the download itself that you are having trouble with?
  10. That's want you want to see :-) Rather than attempting to "fuzz" your fingerprint, Kamo gives you an absolutely unique fingerprint - leading the website to believe that it has tracked you perfectly - and then promptly changes it. Which makes the website absolutely sure that you're someone different.
  11. There might be something else going on here, since we don't send renewal reminders that far ahead of time. During the Black Friday/Cyber Monday period there would have been some messages about the Black Friday/Cyber Monday half price sale - but those were only for folks up to about 3 months prior to expiry, and they finished Tuesday (with a bit of spillover into Wednesday/Thursday for the folks who didn't get the notification on Tuesday). As of 00:01 GMT on Friday morning there have been no renewal notifications of any sort (including the standard ones) sent to customers with more than 40 days remaining on their licence. Unexpected messages about licences expiring sooner than expected (or having already expired when you are certain that you have renewed) tend to have one of two main causes 1) For product notifications You may have obtained a new CCleaner licence key in the past and neglected to activate it on some of your computers. If you have a licence key that expires in 4 months, but are still using an old one that expires in a few days, then CCleaner will be alerting you about the one that you are using. Solution: Go to Options > About > License Information in the CCleaner console and check your expiry date. If it is sooner than expected, then you are probably using an old licence key. If you cannot find your new licence key from your Cleverbridge order confirmation then you can get the details of any active licences on your account from https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup. If you then click "Register New Key" you can put your correct licence information into CCleaner and your problem is sorted. 2) For email notifications If you have an old and a new licence key under the same email address then we only notify you about the status of the one with the expiry date furthest in the future. eg: if you have a licence that expires in 10 days and another that doesn't expire for a year, then we assume that the one that expires in a year is the relevant one, so you won't get any "expires soon" reminders. If your licences are under two different email addresses then you may still get email notifications about the older one under your old email address - since don't know whether or not dave@ccleaner, david@gmail and davo@bigpond are the same person. The renewal reminder notification emails all contain reference to the licence key and expiry date of the licence in question. To stop receiving reminders about old licences on your old email address(es), you can either contact support (at support@ccleaner.com) to ask them to disable the old licence, or hit the subscribe link at the bottom of the renewal reminder email that you received. Note that the unsubscribe option will permanently stop all future subscription-related communications from Piriform to that email address, so be sure to only use that for email addresses that you don't intend to use again with us in the future. @SuperTRev: In your case, it is quite possible that both scenarios may apply to you. Doing a quick check of your licence information I note that you have a CCleaner Professional licence (starting with CXQH and ending with 8FAC) that expires in only 9 days - on December 13th. And that that is the highest expiring licence on that email address. Would I be correct in assuming that you post is in response to receiving an email with the subject line "Important: In 9 days, your CCleaner license will expire" or a pop-up like this, entitled "This CCleaner license expires in 9 days!"
  12. ... with staff in a number of countries and customers in pretty much every country*. Raising another ticket with support@ccleaner.com will get you there. This issue has been reported and the Kamo devs are working on it at the moment. * depends on the time of year. The CCleaner users in Antarctica seem to disappear every winter when the researchers there pack up and leave.
  13. @ConFranWindows 11 is essentially a "branding" name with version numbers continuing from Windows 10 - which may cause oddities in things like Insider Previews that can fall outside the released build number range. There was a tweak to the version identification in CCleaner 5.87, which was released 2 weeks ago - how does your Windows version show up in that?
  14. @157111130 You should be able to skip being asked that if you have enabled "Skip User Account Control warning" switched on in CCleaner. If you go to Options > Advanced, is this box checked?
  15. @Luke123: Everything seems to be running as intended as per Will I lose any time on my subscription if I take an offer to renew early? – Piriform Support The robot ran at its regularly scheduled times of 03:00 and 19:00 GMT today and on each occasion several hundred customers had their licence credit added. Your original post was between those runs, but should have been taken care of about 3 hours ago now. You can check your expiry dates here: CCleaner.com - License Lookup, or under Options > About > License Information in your copy of CCleaner (although sometimes you may need to close and re-open CCleaner to refresh the licence information). Unless, as @nukecadnoted, you used two different email addresses - in which case you would need to contact support to let them know that the two different accounts are the same person, so that they can merge the licences.
  16. @Bestellingen: As per the above, this does happen but not instantaneously - the licence extension robot runs twice a day. I can see that your time credit was automatically applied and your licence was extended to 3 Feb 2024 at around 19:22 GMT this evening.
  17. This is a good sign. The licence extending robot runs twice a day to credit time remaining on old licences to new ones for folks who renew early. But at the same time it also checks if the old licence has a subscription attached to it that needs cancelling to ensure no duplicated billing. While support@ccleaner.com is generally the best source to confirm this for you, for the benefit and reassurance of other readers I checked your case and can see that, since you purchased using the same email address, your old 2 year subscription billing for CCleaner Professional Plus (3 PCs) that you started in December 2019 was automatically cancelled at 21:26 GMT on November 25th - about 2 minutes after you completed your order for CCleaner Professional (1 PC).
  18. @Faxman: The answers you seek can be found in your order confirmation email and instructions that you received after you placed your order. From the order confirmation email: Also from the order confirmation email, for the live chat: Or you can contact via email for 24x7 response at support@ccleaner.com
  19. Well there's been probably about a dozen or so update releases since then so there'd be quite a list. Anything in particular that you're looking for? With regards to the favicons, those are certainly there:
  20. Sorry for stepping on your answer there. I shall go back to monitoring Black Friday post-sales support tickets :-)
  21. @sussertown: That's odd. What are your settings under Options > Advanced? Do you have "Shutdown after a Custom Clean" checked?
  22. @criss_x: There is a bit of a summary here: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039530092-Will-I-lose-any-time-on-my-subscription-if-I-take-an-offer-to-renew-early- So if you go early, you don't lose any time. For example, if your licence expires in January 2022 and you take a 12 month offer today, then (after the licensing robot which runs twice a day wakes up and does its thing), you'll end up with an expiry date of January 2023 (not November 2022). Exceptions can be if you are using different emails for your accounts (for obvious reasons the robot does not assume that John Smith at gmail is the same person as John Smith at hotmail, etc) or if you buy more than 90 days before your licence expires (since the robot will be a be shy about guessing whether your intent was actually to renew early or just pick up an extra copy). Then you'd have to contact support to ask for a license merge - which they do a lot of and will have no problems sorting out for you.
  23. How many computers can I install CCleaner Professional Plus on? – Piriform Support: The Professional Plus licence key can be used to register CCleaner for up to 3 Windows and/or Mac computers. But alas not Android at this time. Google Play bills it separately - either annually or monthly.
