Madkiwi, I appreciate the amount of patience you have shown in the given situation. I own a WD 2TB Hdd which apparently out of nowhere decided not to show up in My PC. Give or take 5 hours of hassle and decided to format it. The drive shows up now but i had approx 1.5 TB of data out of which 600 MB was vip data that i need.
Its been 12 hours now. Still at stage 1. With 31% progress and 81,701 files found. Estimated time varies from 15 hrs to 1 day. Based on your trajectory I have an intense battle to fight jn the coming week. Had it not been your post I was sceptical of going through with it. Will be lucky if I get all the files though.
