I have an Ethernet connection. Turned all Firewalls off and still not luck!

Just tried to run Health Check. Privacy, Space and Speed seem to check out okay. However Security indicates Unable to reach server and is grayed out. Bob

Hi, have just received notification that update (5.48. 6834) available. However when I attempt to update by clicking Yes the update appears to download but does not install. If I click Check for Updates it goes back to asking if I want to install the new version.
