  1. Still no reply from support concerning the bug or any fix. Very disappointing especially as I’m a subscriber.
  2. Are you sure it was a genuine email? Did it address you by name or ‘dear user’? As you have automatic renewal turned on would CCleaner still send renewal offer.
  3. Ensure when copy & pasting that there’s no space added at the beginning or end of the key.
  4. Finally convinced support that there’s a problem with 6.03 as I rolled back to 6.02 & those old drivers don’t appear.
  5. Unfortunately support are useless & seem to think I want to stay on an older driver so suggest that I block/skip the newer driver. They also mention that the reason is due to differing variations of the build number which can show a different build but be newer - I’m not getting through that the build clearly shows the build number & release date as older than installed but no they continually mention the same fixes. I doubt they’ve even looked at the screenshots. Very disappointed with Premium support.
  6. Here are the screenshots. I’ll contact support.
  7. I can connect to non Windows devices. Unfortunately I don’t have another Windows device. I also tried connecting my iPhone to the PC & that failed to connect also.
  8. Update: I’ve rolled back to 1st Aug image when I know the problem didn’t occur & I still cannot connect my headphones so it appears my problem may be hardware related.
  9. That’s the thing, CCleaner hasn’t offered any driver updates for avrcp. I’ll double check for all bluetooth but I rolled back via the latest from Intel & it was the same. I will keep investigating.
  10. I’ve noticed that the driver updater is offering several older versions for the Realtek audio driver. Will supply screenshots later.
  11. I’ve managed to check the Beats avrcp & the driver is dated April 2022 so CCleaner cannot be the cause for me.
  12. As I can still connect them via cable I’m not going to reinstall Windows 11, especially as the laptop is an unsupported device. I may roll back to Windows 10 via disk image but that will depend on how the next feature (22H2) update to 11 goes. What date did the update appear in CCleaner? I rolled back to last Thursday & the problem remained. I may try rolling back earlier & see what happens.
  13. Alas it didn’t fix the problem. The Avrcp driver isn’t shown for the Beats but is shown under hidden devices for my iPhone X.
  14. I’m currently running an in-place repair which should fix the problem also. If not then I’ll need to find that entry to see if it was updated & if it was I will create my own thread.
  15. I’m having the same problem with my Beats Studio 3 but don’t recall CCleaner offering me this update nor can I find avrcp under driver installations. In any case usually if the driver is older than the one installed it will fail. I have two drivers blocked because they are older than installed so they failed.
  16. As there’s no box then you may have to try this- You might have to reinstall an older driver via the device’s entry within device manager if it doesn’t show then check under show hidden devices. Right click device. Choose update driver. Choose ‘browse my computer for drivers’. Choose ‘let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer’. Choose the compatible hardware from the list, then choose next. Choose one of the older drivers from the list shown, then click next. This will then reinstall the driver.
  17. If you click on one of the entries shown in your screenshot does the revert button activate? I’ll check on my copy.
  18. Click on the audio devices shown & then click revert selected
  19. Have you tried rolling back the driver update? Is the audio card shown under device manager? If not then check further under View>show hidden devices.
  20. There should be an option to roll back the driver, however if you reset the pc then this may no longer be available. Check under device manager>view>show hidden devices, is the audio device shown there?
  21. I would check here https://www.ccleaner.com/support/license-lookup & see if the new key is shown.
  22. Afaik if you just renew rather than purchase a new key you’ll not receive a new key but the previous key will show the new expiry date - say June 2023.
  23. I would double check with your credit card company as the email may be a phishing attempt. If they confirm the charge then initiate a chargeback & change your account password & request a new credit card.
