  1. I use CCleaner Professional Edition. The crashes started after I updated to v5.44.6575. I use Kaspersky Internet Security (paid version) and Windows 10, all updated regularly. The explanation posted by siliconman01 worked for me. I didn't have to reinstall, just followed the above tips. Thanks a lot siliconman01
