Nergal, Thanks for your reply. A bug in the last few versions. I've my doubt. I use 2 desktops and on one desktop I have this problems since the last few versions. Is that possible? On both desktop i have download the last few versions of the Ccleaner. I use Kaspersky Total security as the antivirus. Regards, Richard

After analyzing the cleaner it is not possible to permanently delete the selected files from the computer. As soon as I have chooes for "cleaning", the cleaner is closed automaticly and the files still remain on the computer. What is the cause of this? I have installed ccleaner again and again.
