I'm pretty sure it's a bug of CCleaner. The default sort column in Browser Plugins is Program and 'Improve YouTube!' (for YouTube & Videos) is on the top. The txt file only includes the content 'Yes Extension 'Improve YouTube!'. Once I change the sort column, the txt file will list some add-ons and stops at 'Yes Extension 'Improve YouTube!'.
Please install the extension I mentioned and use 'Save to text file'. You'll understand what the issue is.

I use Chrome. There are many extensions in my Chrome and one of them is 'Improve YouTube!' (for YouTube & Videos). Only that extension is exported. However, after removing it and exporting again, the txt file is complete. Please fix this bug. Thank you.

The txt file isn't complete. Only one plugin is exported and its name is 'Improve YouTube!' (for YouTube & Videos). There's an apostrophe before the first letter I.

I want to view browser's addons, but the browser I am using is 7 Star (a Chrome/Chromium based browser). I hope CCleaner can support this browser or provide a feature for users to change browser's location.

Thank you for your reply. I will post it although 7Star is not popular.

7Star is a Chrome/Chromium based browser, but there is no Profile folder.
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\7Star\7Star\Application
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\7Star\7Star\User Data\Default\Extensions -

If you're attempting to add a browser using ccleaner.ini is probably the easiest way to do it in my opinion, you can do this by opening CCleaner and then go into 'Options > Advanced' and Save all settings to INI file, then look in the CCleaner program folder for ccleaner.ini.
Examples of how to properly map to a custom browser location (including portable versions of browsers):
CustomLocation1=FIREFOX|C:\PortableApps\FirefoxPortableESR\Data\profile
CustomLocation2=CHROME|D:\PortableApps\IronPortable\ProfileI did what you said. The browser I am using is 7 Star. Therefore I added the line below in the last row of INI file, but I still can't see the addons.
CustomLocation1=CHROME|C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\7Star\7Star\User Data

Not sure if it works for addons, but custom location will add browsers not in default location
For chrome based browsers replace FIREFOX with CHROME. For opera replace with OPERA
Unfortunately, the method does not work.

Is it possible to change browser path? I would like to view other browser's (Chrome-alike) Plugins. Thanks.

I have the same issue on two PCs. After adding that add-on again, this issue still occurs. When CCleaner reads a special character, the export process will stop.
