Thanks to the Helpdesk, my problem is solved fo the time being by disabling Web Shield. CCleaner is still looking for a final solution.

Since yesterday, I have fiber optics for my home internet connection. Since then, all my browsers are much faster, but CCleaner Browser is so slow, that it is almost not usable any more. I already reinstalled, but the problem remains. See attachments for the speedtest on Chrome and on CCleaner.

I use CCleaner v5.42.6495 on Windows 10. I have a problem since the last upgrade: When I used the Cleaner, my Google Chrome afterwards gives an error message that my user profile cannot be read any more. One of the symptoms is that my Bookmark bar is not visible any more. (The bookmarks are still there, but I have to reactivate the bar)

I use CCleaner v5.37.6309. I also use Google Earth Pro 7.3.0.3832 In CCleaner, under Applications, Google Earth is checked. In the past, CCleaner used to clean the Google Earth cache files. As I use GE a lot, this is always a lot of disk space. However, since a few CCleaner versions ago, the Google Earth files are not removed any more. What happened?
