  2. @DuffyD Can you submit a Support ticket and let me know once you've done that? We can then get a new key generated for you and see if this solves the issue.

  5. Seems to be an inconsistent issue however can you try to use the Workaround fix provided here: https://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=48933 If this doesn't work, can you please create a support ticket.
  6. So this has been an going issue with the Firefox as they have changed the way "favicons" are handled. But Devs are working on a way to handle the issue as they thought it was fixed in 5.34/5 Try the solutions in this thread as possible workaround in the mean time: https://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=48688&p=285717
