  1. I also can confirm that this issue has been fixed. Thank you so much on fixing this!
  2. Any update on when Santa Clause might give us a fix on this issue?
  3. Does the previous version work on the current Chrome? Can you tell me what version you're using?
  4. Man, I hate clearing this manually, such a pain. Would be zero problem if I didn't need to exclude 3 sites. Might just have to deal with it & get rid of ccleaner if they can't fix this.
  5. I have 3 cookies/local storage items that can't be deleted. So, that wouldn't work for me.
  6. OK, so it still doesn't work. At this point, I'm looking for an alternative to ccleaner. Any suggestions?
  7. Any update? It's been over a month with no ability to clean Chrome using this program. That's kind of an extremely important function. Doesn't exactly instill confidence in buying the upgraded version.
  8. I've got ccleaner 64 bit version installed. However, ccleaner.exe (32 bit version) is used when I right-click recycle bin and select "run ccleaner". I switched the path in regedit to ccleaner64.exe & it works perfectly fine. I believe this is a bug as the run ccleaner context menu option should point to the 64 bit version of the program.
  9. Not without any problems. I still have to go into regedit & change the run ccleaner path to point to the 64 bit version. I think someone overlooked that.
  10. I was just curious as to why both of these are installed when I download the 64 bit version? Interesting, ccleaner.exe (32 bit version) is used when I right-click recycle bin and select run ccleaner. I switched that in regedit to ccleaner64.exe and deleted ccleaner.exe (32 bit version) & it works perfectly fine. I'm just wondering why ccleaner 32 bit version is handling that? Shouldn't it be the 64 bit version?
  11. I should mention this is also happening on Win 7 64 bit.
  12. OK, thanks. I was worried that when Avast bought them out, things would go downhill (in terms of quality and service).
  13. Ah, ok. so this is what the problem is. Yeah, I've been commenting on eruption77's thread. I hope ccleaner staff read the forums or else we're sol. It's so annoying to manually remove this & making sure not to delete a couple cookies that I always need.
