[CPU temp not shown]

My CPU temperature does no longer show up after I upgraded to Win 10 1809. Also there is a weird chipset thing going on. I'm sure it wasn't there before. 

[Can't install CCleaner]

For some reason, I'm suddenly no longer able to install CCleaner. After a clean Windows installation, I've downloaden CCleaner and started the installer. It shows up allright, I can change some things (like the directory and the shortcuts) and then I click "Install". Nothing happens. An older version of CCleaner is not running in the background. Also, Windows Installer is not active at all. I had no problems re-installing Recuva and Speccy. What can I do about this situation? CCleaner is very important for me!

 

I'm running Windows 10 1703 on a normal x64 Intel processor. Never had problems with CCleaner before.
