Me Too!!! The problem between Kasperky and Ccleaner persists, until when?

Hi, I am using the latest CCleaner version with Windows 7 up to date and from a week ago (more or less) to this day, CCleaner freezes totally when pressing the "Run Cleaner" button and I have to END the CCleaner.exe process from the task manager! At the same time, a new folder named AppHang_CCleaner.exe_3453bb3c44b516b612e6b34a3bf543eb57f765e_176523e1 located at C:\Users\AT\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\AppHang_CCleaner.exe_3453bb3c44b516b612e6b34a3bf543eb57f765e_176523e1 is created!!! I am using Kaspersky IS but even if I disable it for a few minutes, CCleaner freezing occurs. I am attaching the AppHang folder compressed with 7Zip and maybe someone here can decode the Report.wer file located inside. Exact same behavior, so I had to revert to CCleaner Ver. 5.41.6446 and it works fine.

Thanks mta, That sounds logical, since I recall erasing the old installation folder with Win Disk CleanUp on my wife´s Laptop, so maybe it is justified the lack of the option on that machine. Thanks again

Hi, I do not know if this could qualify as a bug, but I am kind of curious: On my DESKTOP´S PC (Windows 10), CCleaner ---> Cleaner ---> Windows ---> Advanced, appear, among other options like "Windows Event Logs" or "Old Prefetch data", the "Old Windows Installation" option, which is missing on my wife´s laptop copy of CCleaner, same OS and CCleaner version (5.31.6105 x64), ...how come? Please take a look at the two attached JPGs Thanks.
