A) When I choose to recover to a new folder on the desktop, no folder appears on the desktop The browse function in recover does not show all folders available C) When I choose to recover to a folder it does actually see, it seems to be saving files but when it completes, there are no files in that folder... PLEASE HELP! Thank you...
