I am running Win 8.1, 64 bit, in Bootcamp. I have CCleaner Pro. Windows show the recycle bin to be empty, however, every time I run CCleaner, CCleaner indicates that 414 files were cleaned (the same 414 files). I have deleted CCleaner and loaded a new clean copy, and this did not solve the problem.

I am running Win 8.1 in Bootcamp. I have CCleaner Pro. My Recycle Bin shows to be empty in Windows, however, when I run CCleaner, it shows that 414 files have been cleaned every time I run CCleaner. How do I get CCleaner to permanently delete these files?
