  1. Thank you for your reply. When I press "save" and am asked if I wish to replace the other update installation with this one, I'll do that. Very pleased, Taksasha
  2. I've been using CCleaner freeware for years. My operating system is Windows 10, and there's one device involved, a laptop. Control Panel says I had an update, version 5.30, installed on 5/18/17. I guess it was a couple of days ago that I got notice that an update was available. I went to the table where features of freeware, and upgrades are listed. Scrolled down to "download" the freeware update, and pressed the download button. As it turns out, I can't update what is offered to me, 5.30, because I already have it. Another page was offering an upgrade. I scampered off to download and install the update to 5.30. And so, I am here, wondering what is going on. Thank you for your attention to this, Taksasha
