My old computer crashed and I'm trying to re-install CC Pro but cannot find a place to insert my license key. How do I insert it?

I use Chrome and my browsing history is not being cleaned completely. Any suggestions?

I thought that when I ran CCleaner, the browsing history was erased from CHROME. I note that if I type 1 letter, a website appears on the command line of Chrome. How can I get CC to erase all browsing history?
