  1. Hi. I have an old lap top hard drive I wanted to see if I can access some old pictures on. I ran Recuva on my internal C:\ drive and it worked fine. The external drive in the enclosure is created as F:. I try to scan the pictures folder in it with Recuva, and even though recuva shows up in processes, it won't start the scan. Even when I just double click on the desktop Recuva icon, it won't activate, but still appears in processes. Am I doing something wrong? Please, any help would be appreciated. Thank you. -Robert
