  1. I have tried to update thru the notification email and thru the CCleaner itself with Check for update. Whenever I start the update, it downloads to approximately

    55%, then the download window disappears and nothing happens.  I have rebooted and retried 6 times, and it will not install.

    I have Windows 7, CCleaner Professional (paid) v5.25.5902. Is this a Windows 10 only update? Thanks

  2. I just purchased the Recuva Pro but when I try to enter my registration key it

    says incorrect. I have entered exactly what is on my receipt, still not working. 

    Also made sure to download from the invoice, didn't use the one that automatically

    started from website before getting receipt. What could I be doing wrong? Thank you.
