Your explanation satisfies my concerns. I thought I saw filenames that I was familiar with in directories that still existed. When I went back to see if the files were in the identified directories I subsequently misidentified the directory. Thanks for your information. GFR92Y

After running Recuva with Deep Scan I (think I) found listed in the results files that were not deleted. Is this possible? gfr92y
