Remove any CCleaner entries from: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\ Malware uses a registry trick to prevent certain apps from opening. The Windows Registry Editor may be affected as well, in which case you'll need to copy C:\Windows\System32\regedt32.exe to the Desktop, rename it, then run it.
