  1. Hi Len, I registered here just to try and help you out. Like yourself, I too have had this problem and have found two possible solutions. I hope this works for you too. If you have the Pro version, try this: Open CCleaner, then go to Options ---> Monitoring and untick "Enable browser monitoring". It should now work. Failing that, or for those who don't have the pro version, there is a less than ideal way but it works nonetheless...... Close dllhost.exe prior to cleaning.
