when I defrag using full defrag on dedefraggler it goes for a little while then it just closes. I updated. did a full new install virus scan from a separate scanner. checked the settings and it is not set to close when done defragmenting. it does not finish defragmenting at all because it stays at 54% fragmented checking know to see if it does it on quick defrag now. but even if it does complete I need to get the full working again. it started ding this on the 6/19/2016. I am using windows xp service pack 3
