  1. Hi Nergal, I posted this some time ago, and just saw that there was a response. I've never run anything but Pro. I'm guessing that I simply don't know how to contact support to resolve the issue. I saw a post in the forum that helped me to get the update to run successfully. Apparently there is a compatibility issue with Malwarebytes.
  2. I disabled the Malwarebytes Ransomware protection function and the update install occurred without incident. I guess I should have read further before posting.
  3. … And I end up having to reinstall manually. This results in losing all prior preference settings. My registration code is aging and I'm concerned that soon I won't be able to get updates at all. I'm running Windows 10, Malwarebytes, and McAfee. Thanks for any help. FW
  4. Hi. CCleaner keeps telling me that an update is available and asking would I like to download it. When I respond in the affirmative, it appears that the download starts and progresses to something less than 60% and then stops. Nothing downloaded, nothing installed. How do I manually download updates to CCleaner Pro? I've been to the supposed CCLeaner download web-page and it provides ZERO guidance. Thanks.
