Hi, I'd like to have an option to clear Adobe Media Cache in CCleaner (which usually holds many GB of data). I don't even receive this error. Installation of v5.50 silently fails... Please fix! (hope it hasn't been hacked again)

I was searching for a way to edit the context menu items, after some search I found this option under the "startup" menu. Why it's located here? In my opinion it should be moved out.
