Hi and thanks for the welcome and tips I'm still stuck though. I tried installing the Microsoft VBRF, but it still didn't work.. so I waited for the new CC 1.34 and the same error accurs when I'm trying to install. The installation is incomplete, No startmenu, no shortcuts or uninstall files in folder!

Hi! I've been using CC for a while and everything has been working fine. But when I tried to install the update 133, the installation stops while registering the file 'ccsystem.dll'. I retried the installation a few times, but the same crash happens everytime. Then I tried to un-install the old cc and that uninstall crashed aswell... I can get into the new version by the 'right click trashcan option' and it seems to be running, but the installation was definatly not completed.. I have an Acer laptop and it seems some people are having some troubles with it. What could be wrong?
