Strange it worked today!! Yesterday it wouldn't install just got error message about compatibility.,,,,

Windows 10 automatic update this morning removed cc cleaner completely with 'app not compatible'. Similar message when tried to reinstall new download.Also have other issues that I'm trying to resolve like missing contacts file in outlook file! Is there anything I can do - ( I'm not very technically pc savy!)
