It's been like this ever since I bought the GPU months ago. Since the recent update didn't fix the issue, I thought I'd report it. My 6GB GPU is reported by Speccy as having only 2GB. GPU-Z reports the correct amount. I googled it and it seems Speccy has similar issues with a number of GPUs.
