Ya I did that on the same day I made this comment. That was Thursday and fat big surprise I have not heard back. Also it is not the first time I have complained. This is seriously such crap!

Ya know what is truly bs is that admittedly have a non working product yet they are STILL charging ppl a monthly fee!! How is that right or even ethical or good for business. They were cool until they were taken over by Avast. For yrs I have loved CCleaner products but now, not so much. Not even Speccy can report the right temps of my hardware. Do not trust it if you use it.

Is Ccleaner Cloud supposed to start up when Windows loads? I just restarted my computer and it did not start on boot so wondering about that. If it does not is there plans to add it to start up? I would like for it to do this. In the mean time I guess I can add it to my start up myself using CCleaner, I think.
