I am running the Recuva in order to retrieve my information I lost when my laptop crashed several days ago. Right now it is recovering files and it was working fine and going pretty fast until it reaches 31%. Now it hasn't moved for more than an hour. I didn't do anything to try to fix it yet but I was wondering if someone can help me? I'm not familiar with this program but it seems to be a good one. Any suggestions? Thanks!
