  1. A rather good guess would be "when they have a routine that is functional and complete" and likely not before that, unless it's a moving target like Microsoft Edge.

    Didn't get you at all unless it's a moving target What do you mena by that do you mean that Vivaldi is slow in in its updating process

    Is that what you mean...If it is then I think you are mistaken because in every 2 to 3 days there is an update of Vivaldi that fixes too many bugs and on every update there is a one extra feature included whats more you want

  2. Welcome to the forum, Droyk.

    so guys i want some beta testers

  4.

    Modified Entry:  [Windows Defender More*]

    Moved LangSecRef to Utilities  (3024)to coincide with CCleaner's [Windows Defender]

    [Windows Defender More*]
    LangSecRef=3024
    Detect=HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows Defender
    Default=False
    FileKey1=%CommonAppData%\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Definition Updates\Backup|*.*|RECURSE
    FileKey2=%CommonAppData%\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Network Inspection System\Support|*.txt
    FileKey3=%CommonAppData%\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans|*.bin;*.bin*
    FileKey4=%CommonAppData%\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service|*.log
    FileKey5=%CommonAppData%\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\Scans\History\CacheManager|*.*|RECURSE
    FileKey6=%CommonAppData%\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Support|*.*|RECURSE

    I get your point i did the same thing when i want to clean Vivaldi and google chrome together but then i realize that i don't have to do this, i just don't want to do this, i want Vivaldi as a single application

    and then i rewrite-ted the whole code and maked Vivaldi a single application the whole process took me  20 minutes means i wasted my 10 minutes on rewriting the code but that's fine i only wasted my 20 minutes

    So what i am trying to say is i don't have to make Vivaldi combined with any other application

    and i don't see any reason to do that

    but thanxx for your time

  5. surely any cleaning done via CC should not remove a user's personal data - at least without a warning.

    @droyk, your Vivaldi mock-up has Bookmark Backups and FlashPlayer Settings being deleted.

    that may tick off some Vivaldi users.

    my theory with browser cleaning is after the clean it should be in the same state as if the browser was used in Private or Incognito Mode.

    You are correct i should have  done that but that was the reason its not checked by default

    sometimes you just want too delete history,cookies and caches

    but sometimes you want too delete every single thing that includes personal data

    i did this because Vivaldi still in beta state

    so that's the reason i want too add bookmarks backup and flash player settings to the ccleaner list

    and guys if you have some free time will you plz help me on enhancing my code a bit

    So now what i want is Last download location ,Compact databases ,and saved passwords and little a Vivaldi icon

    i really dont know how to get that icon there

    if u want an example see this pic ScreenShot_20151104190121.pngso plz help me on that

    if u guys don't help me i will get this working eventually but that will take time

    so guys plz help me on this

    Some Questions And Their Answers

    Q1. What is Vivaldi ?and where is it come from?

    Ans. Vivaldi is a freeware web browser developed by Vivaldi Technologies, a company founded by Opera Software co-founder and former CEO Jon Stephenson von Tetzchner. The browser is aimed at staunch technologists, heavy Internet users, and previous Opera web browser users disgruntled by Opera's transition from the Presto layout engine to the Blink layout engine.

    Q2. How's the update progress work?

    Ans. Vivaldi aims to revive the old, popular features of Opera 12 and introduce new, more innovative ones. The browser is updated weekly, in the form of "Snapshots", and has gained popularity since the launch of its first technical preview.On November 3, 2015, Vivaldi Technologies launched the first beta of the Vivaldi web browser and announced that the browser's technical previews have been downloaded more than 2 million times.

    Q3. How many people uses this browser?

    Ans. Vivaldi Technologies launched the first beta of the Vivaldi web browser and announced that the browser's technical previews have been downloaded more than 2 million times.and the beta is downloaded more than 4 millions times.

    Q4 a.  IN short how many features are in Vivaldi browser ?

    Ans. Below written all features are supported by Vivaldi

    • Supports all chrome extensions
    • Minimalistic user interface
    • Full customizability
    • Ability to "stack" and "tile" tabs
    • Annotate web pages
    • Add notes to bookmarks
    • Integrated speed dial
    • quick commands to search bookmarks, browsing history, open tabs, and settings.
    • Ability to use mouse gestures
    • Chromeless UI i.e. without distractions
    • HTML5 support,VP9 support

    Q4 b. EXPLAINED How many features are in there?

    Ans. Vivaldi has a minimalistic user interface with basic icons and fonts, and a color scheme that changes based on the background and design of the web page being visited.The browser also allows users to customize the appearance of UI elements such as background color, overall theme, address bar and tab positioning, and start pages.According to CEO Jon von Tetzchner, Vivaldi's vast, unique customizability is a huge part of catering the browser to power users.

    Vivaldi features the ability to "stack" and "tile" tabs, annotate web pages, and add notes to bookmarks. Furthermore, users can place digital bookmarks on a "speed dial" page for quick access and harness "quick commands" to search bookmarks, browsing history, open tabs, and settings. Vivaldi is built around and based on web technologies such as HTML5Node.jsReact.js, and numerous NPM modules. Vivaldi also supports numerous mouse gestures for actions like tab switching and keyboard activation. Vivaldi can also be set to a "Chromeless UI", which gives users more screen real-estate and the ability to focus on a single page without distractions.

    Q5. How stable is it?

    Ans. Vivaldi right now is in stable from but sometimes it consumes some cpu usage but thats okay because it's a new browser they will fix it for sure. atleast it not hogger like chrome

    Q6. why do we add into our ccleaner list?

    Ans. because it became my default browser. and i told you know all the things that i know and these all are the reasons i want Vivaldi to your ccleaner list .

    Thanxx for reading it

    Plz dont forget to add this too your list

  7. I'd recommend making a post for supporting it in another topic here that's pinned where people can request support of their preferred Chrome/Chromium browsers, maybe Piriform will eventually also add it into the Chrome cleaners.

  8.  Perhaps someone may be able to help you now :)

    (by the way see here)

    http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=43142&hl=vivaldi

    Well they only release the beta version

    and that beta version includes extensions,speeddial,bookmarks,and some new customization and stable more than ever

    that is the reason i want too make this my default browser but ccleaner doesn't have any options to clean anything yet that's why i am waiting right now :(

  9. Your Piriform link above is broken because you have a 3 tagged onto the end.

    You can see it by putting your cursor on the link (don't click) and then look in your pc taskbar where is will show you the full link with 3 at the end.

    Your vivaldi links also still have numbers at the end (hover with cusor and look at your taskbar)

    You can fix your links by copying the working  link from your computer to notepad.

    Then copy and paste it from notepad into a post here.. You seem to be copy and pasting the same bad link which won't work.

    Okay here are the new links

    FOR 32 BIT VERSION https://vivaldi.com

    FOR 64 BIT VERSION http://vivaldi.com/download

    And by the way i am using the 64 bit version of Vivaldi
