  1. I also have this problem. What is the solution Piriform? I have paid for the professional version of this program and Windows 10 has been out for some time now. A solution please? Cheers Kym
  2. When I installed Windows 10 it automatically removed Speccy. What can I do please? Cheers Kym
  3. After the last update I found that if I ran defraggler and then opened another window in my Windows 7 OS the Defraggler main screen was lost. When I tried to click on the Defraggler Icon on my Desktop a message "Defraggler is Already Running" appears. I have tried everything but I cannot get the Defraggler window to return. This is very frustrating as I want control over the program and also view the progress of any defraging of my hard drives. I have not scheduled Defraggler nor have I set it to replace the Windows 7 OS defragger. Running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit What is the solution or is this a BUG? I won't use it until this problem is resolved.

  5. Thanks Guys for the advise. I worked out that if I go into "File List" and either check or highlight the fragmented files I can force them to defraged. It's a longer and more tedious way of doing things be it appears to reduce the overall disk fragmentation. Cheers and thanks again Kym
  6. Hello All After running Defraggler on my HD's I still have 40% and 70% defragmentation on 2 drives. I've tried adjusting the setting and I've looked up all the Doc's and help section in Support. The files that are on these 2 drives are my DVD backups which are usually between 700 MB and 1.4 GB in size. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong in the settings or give any suggestions? Thanks for your time Cheers Kym
