  1. I actually thought that someone might have heard by now, as it has been an ongoing problem since El Capitan's release - well here's some news - I contacted support, they are well aware of the problem and are working on an update, when it's released - "when it's released" - so it won't be too far off - best customer support ever! Thank you Anders
  2. Does anyone have any idea when this will be fixed?
  3. I can safely say that it still doesn't work after a clean install - I only have 2 cookies, both from Piriform - anything else just doesn't appear ... hopefully there will be an update soon
  4. I have the same problem, I'm running CCleaner Professional on El Capitan and it doesn't show cookies. I upgraded Yosemite to El Capitan, I'm going to try with a clean install of El Capitan and see if that makes any difference. For some people it's working and others it's not.
