I'm using Windows 8.1 and could not get my computer to recognize the command prompt rd /s /q C:\Recycle.bin. (Option One) In option two, the procedure is for VISTA and it says it will re-create a Recycle Bin file automatically. Will it do the same for 8.1 and is the entire procedure for VISTA the same as for 8.1? Norm

No matter how hard I try or even deleting CCLEANER and re-downloading it, the Recycle Bin will not empty and keeps on growing. It started out with 8 files (all jpg's) now it's up to 30. The Recycle Bin elsewhere in the computer says it's empty just not in CCLEANER. Norm
