Since I used ccleaner tools to disable(tools) the Trend Micro Internet Security it's not running correctly. Although I have uninstalled Ccleaner and Trend Micro and Instaled again the problems persist, after update the Trend micro it's vanish from start up menu. The software is running but I can not do nothing, the settings is locked. I contact ccleaner about this issue they said that ccleaner is running properly for sure it's runnig ok but I will need to format my mac.
