  1. have the same problem with mine : CCleaner 3.21.1767 So what is the Sessions option? Oh- unchecking Sessions does indeed do the trick.
  2. Win 7 - 64 bit home Prem Thunderbird 15.0.1 CCleaner v3.21.1767 After running the cleaner I notice when I re-open Thunderbird, the Message Pane returns. What option(s) in CCleaner will ignore the Message Pane (in other words I don't want the Pane view) ?
  3. so far so good. Good not delete the individual files within the folder, but was able to delete the folder itself. Will give it a few days and if any think odd happens, guess will Merge that item back in the registry and then ask for more guidance. In meantime - thanks.
  4. Nodles - I found the entry in regedit (having a hard time signing in into the ASUS board so replying here again). Do I delete the folder or just the 3 items that I found in that folder?
  5. new pc win 7 64 bit home prem asus mobo- p8 z77-v ccleaner - v3.21.1767 running the cleaner mode. have not changed any setting - so not sure if a box to check under windows or applications. i do not see the error until after a reboot. i can only guess the log file has to do with my mother board as the in the upper left of the error msg, it says "asussetup" i have used ccleaner on other win 7 (also with an asus board) but have never seen this before. attachments: firsrt is of the error msg 2nd is the temp folder with what i think is the highlighted log file. any suggestions? thanks.
  6. I have the newest version on a usb thumb drive. After turning off the PC (Win 2000), then back on the next day, an error msg appears ( and the drive is not plugged in) it says can not find file indexcleaner.exe. Why and is there a fix?
  7. thanks - I have been looking for such a cleaner that could be used off a USB drive as would prefer it on that versus a PC. Especially when helping out friends who do not have such a cleaner already on their PC.
  8. I do have the most current CCleaner (desktop version). I downloaded the Portable version but get an error msg- "CCleaner seems to be installed on your computer..." Under the Portable Settings I do not see a "NoApp" setting. So, Uninstall the desktop version? Thx
