  1. Nergal, that's interesting!

Are there any limitations to what kinds of accounts it will clean?

    _____

Example: Password protected, all users, default, default user, public, guest, or network accounts?

I'm interested because when you create normal user accounts, Windows creates all users/default/default user/public, & even guest & network accounts on some.

Additionally, does it clean limited accounts?

(Sorry for all the questions, just want to get a feel for what is cleaned.)

    _____

    * I am interested for multiple reasons. Rootkits use hidden default user accounts to continually download data. Being able to clean these before repairing malware will substantially cut scan times & reduce fragmentation. Of course, this would have to be offline & a user would have to be very knowledgeable about that they do, but that is no problem for me.

Some rootkits download so many thousands of files on a high speed connection, that by the time I am brought the pc, it is all but impossible to fix without clearing these hidden accounts first due to having so many tens of thousands of tiny cookies, internet pages, files to scan through before repairing.

:) Hopefully, you can help with my questions!

I WISH YOU COULD GET INTO MY COMPUTER AND HELP ME USE MY CC CLEANER,CAUSE IM SO AFRAID TO CHECK OFF ANYTHING FOR FEAR I WILL ERASE SOMETHING IM NOT SUPPOSED TO ERACE,ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW I CAN USE THIS CLEANER WITHOUT FEARING THE WORST? I HOPE YOU DONT MIND ME ASKING YOU,YOU SEEM TO KNOW YOUR COMPUTERS AND THATS WHY IM ASKING YOU ,THANK YOU :)

  2. If memory consumption is a considering factor, that's one of the reasons I left AVG IS behind (plus the fact is was up for renewal anyway).

I have retired Norton Internet Security, it has 2 process running, using 6MB and 4MB respectively.

Having read an article in a PC mag and reading some reviews claiming similar benefits with the 'new' and improved Nortons, I can certainly confirm them.

Of course, it's not free which is usually another considering factor, but at $29AUD for 1Pc/1yr, it's priced competitively too.

(God, I sound like a Norton salesman)

HI,I USE NORTON,FREE WITH XFINITY FROM COMCAST,IVE HAD SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE EVER SINCE I DOWNLOADED IT,I LOVE IT
