  1. Until I learn what's what, I don't want to clean out everything. I want to run the deep clean interactively / manually so I can see what I want to delete. ... but the IE cache and most cookies I already know I want deleted, so I can schedule this to happen every day, or at least right before I do a defrag.
  2. This would be a major UI and engine change, but would be pretty handy. When an analysis is run, have a checkbox next to each file found (defaulted to checked), so that you can exclude one or more files from deletion when you "Run Cleaner" Along the same lines, could you deliniate the found files into the corresponding option selected? Many of them I can guess - like IE cache always has ...Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5..., but others are more difficult to ascertain. This is most helpful when you are new to ccleaner and are running the program for the first time. Check all options, run an analysis, then look at the found files. If you see a set of files that you want to keep all in one section, you know that you should uncheck that option group in the "settings". P.S. sorry if this is a dupe request. I couldn't get any results when I searched for similar terms.
  3. Add just a sentence or two further explaining what each option is. Make this info available via a tooltip when the user hovers over a particular item in the list. For example: "Other Explorer MRUs" could have a tooltip like "Other Most Recently Used (MRUs) lists in explorer such as ...." You can explain in "Old Prefetch data" what exactly "old" means.
  4. I have two profiles that I want to run regularly: 1) I want to schedule clean out of cache and cookies (mini). 2) I want to do deep cleaning manually - nearly everything is checked (full). It would be nice to have these two sets of settings saved as profiles, so I could schedule the smaller one to run. Ex: ccleaner.exe /auto /mini
