  1. Ok, so I added cccleaner.exe and ccleaner64.exe to my Antivirus and Firewall (I use Vipre) and it still gives me the same issue. Same issue on my laptop which just has the Windows 10 antivirus/firewall.
  2. I'm having the same problem. I even disabled the firewall.. Which website can I whitelist? Thanks.
  3. I'm having the same problem. I'm wondering whether it's because they're having server/site issues? I tried to submit a contact support ticket, but it said that it was having problems.
  4. I have the CCleaner Professional and I enabled the option to run it automatically every Monday at 5:00 pm. So far, I have yet to see it run at that time. Is there a log file or something that I can check to see whether it is running at all?
