  1. Thanks, I did not see it in the version history online. Good to know it is not a different issue.
  2. I was checking for updates and noticed that the one for download on the Piriform website is an older version than the one I have installed, how can this be, and is there a glitch or hack? Piriform website version: v5.44.6575 (26 Jun 2018) Installed version: v5.45.6611 I downloaded v5.45 on July 24 2018 (I have a copy still in my download folder) The version installed is noted in the left corner of the ccleaner window when open. Is this an issue, or why isn't this shown in the version history or as a current download? Below are snips from ccleaner and my downloads folder
  3. Thanks Alan B, I do not have Winnapp2.ini on my computer, I did a search for it also, nor have I added anything. @Andavari, thanks I will try those possible solutions and report back.
  4. Im not sure I am following you completely. I have not added any programs to CCleaner (from what I can tell in your link to Winapp2.ini explination), only whatever default programs it picks up. I have not added any programs before this started to happen. I am also running Malwarebytes and also Symantac Endpoint protection for antivirus Thanks for your thoughts on this.
  5. OS - Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit SP 2 Been using CCleaner for many years, thanks. After starting CCleaner (currently running V4.17.4808) the screen opens, but both the "Analyze" and "Run Cleaner" buttons will be grayed out for 1 to 10 minutes (varries each time I open) before I can run CCleaner to clean up my hard drive. This has been happening for the last several months and before (since around 415 I believe). Same thing happens when I have it open when my system starts, it wont start the auto clean on system start for 1-10 minutes or so. Can't figure out why it happens. Thanks,
